Gameboy Online Emulator and Roms

A friend asked me the other day about whether you could play the old gameboy games online – meaning just play them on a computer and not have to have a gameboy, GBA, Gameboy Advance or Gameboy SP etc to play the games.

She just wanted to go online to a website and be able to choose a gameboy online game. Games like Final Fantasy VI Advance or even some of the old Pokemon gameboy games like Fire Red or Leaf Green. It would be great to play these online but I am not sure if you can. I guess you would need some gameboy emulator program and then gameboy ROMs. I haven’t tried it but maybe I should search for them and see if something is available.

Does anyone know of a good gameboy online emulator?. Gameboy ROMs should be really easy to download from somewhere I guess.

Actually doing a search for an emulator I have come across a great Gameboy game to play called Yu-Gi-Oh! – Dark Duel Stories II – Duel Monsters. This would be a great ROM to download, I remember buying it a while back for me GBA. I loved YuGiOh!

And who doesn’t love Tetris, what a fantastic Gameboy game.

To use the free Gameboy Online emulator you just click it and it starts then you click a button and it pops up a menu with all the Gameboy Roms you can play in color. Wow.
